Slider Hoses

We partnered with a major trailer manufacturer seeking to enhance the performance and consistency of their slider hose assemblies.As part of this initiative, opportunities were identified to further optimize hose routing and improve consistency in the installation of hose separators and slider hose springs across multiple facilities.

Working collaboratively with their team, we helped determine the optimal placement of these components to support proper hose positioning and long-term durability. To ensure repeatability, we also developed a dedicated assembly fixture that enables consistent assembly every time. Building on these improvements, the program evolved into supplying fully assembled slider hose systems from our facility to their plants—ensuring uniformity, reducing in-plant workload, and simplifying operations.
